Switch Aero System

If you’re like many cyclists who don’t have deep pockets or missed out on Powerball, then you’ve probably faced the dilemma of deciding which bike to buy for what activity – mountain, commuting, road, tri, etc.  And like many budding roadies cum triathlete, or vice versa, it can be frustrating to know that one type of bike doesn’t translate well to the other.  The compromise has been clip-on aero bars; but what to do with the more steeper (ergo, more efficient) angle of the seat mast – 72 degrees of typical road bikes vs 76-78 degrees – for triathlon bikes?

Well here’s a neat new product under development on Kickstarter from Redshift Sports – a group of young cyclists/engineers/entrepreneurs that aims to solve this conundrum:  the Switch Aero System.
