Arendt van Deyk has partnered with AX-Lightness to produce the new Van Deyk Machine for Riding (yes, that’s what it’s called). His designs have become known for its striking simplicity. Pure eye candy. In this iteration, AX-Lightness designed the carbon frame, and handbuilt in Germany. What appears to be a blurred out logo of some sort on the downtube is actually machine language code for, we presume, Van Deyk. With internal cable routing for Shimano’s Dura Ace Di2, Chris King components and Enve carbon wheels, the Machine for Riding is priced at around €12,000, or $16,000.
